Swimming Pool
30 minutes after Sunrise to 30 minutes before Sunset.
Children aged 14 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. There are no lifeguards on duty. No smoking, vaping, or alcohol permitted.
The Playground
Sunrise to Sunset.
For children aged 10 years and younger. Children 8 and younger must be accompanied by and adult.
The Veranda
The Veranda at the Amenity Center is available for rent for parties, meetings, and other occasions.
The cost is $75 for the first three hours and $25 dollars for an additional hour. There is a deposit of $100 that is fully refundable. Morning and evening time slots are available for rent.

The Fitness Center
4:00 am. to 12:00 am.
Children 12 years of age and younger are not permitted in the fitness center. Children between the ages of twelve and fifteen must be accompanied by an adult.
The Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts
5:00 am to 10:00 pm
The Pickle Ball court has a ball return wall so that you can practice tennis by yourself. Please use the courts for their intended purposes only.
The Activities Field
The activities field is open from Sunrise to Sunset.
Stop by for your favorite leasure activity or a picnic lakeside. The "Field" also holds our Spring and Fall Festivals and our seasonal soccer camps.
